Rooms were attractive, and nice vanity.
Horrible shampoo, etc.
Paying to park at a hotel that is not located downtown is ridiculous. Also, I was disappointed in the overall atmosphere of the hotel and expected it to be nicer. Will probably not stay there again.

I found the hotel to be overall very upscale with friendly staff. Within comfortable walking distance to Galleria mall and local shopping.
